Join me at the Etowah River Park amphitheater for our free Playing for Peace sound events in the park (with yoga and body movements at times). I began these monthly events in March 2022 after the Uvalde, Texas shootings. I felt the need and calling to do my part in sending peace out into the world, purely with the intention of spreading peace to all through the waves of sound. Join me in sharing this space together, because in community we are stronger and more empowered to create the change we want to see in the world. These events are always free to the public, so thank you for taking the extra step in financially supporting The Children's Haven. These are compassionate human beings who provide peace, love, and support to the children and families of our local community. I purposely host these events in the park so folks from all economic backgrounds can have an opportunity to experience for themselves what it feels like to play a crystal or Tibetan sound bowl, listen and feel the relaxing vibrations through their bodies, and inspire them to share peace with others in a healthy way. We are all so consumed with work and being on the go all the time, we forget that we are energetic beings that need rest and replenishment. When we give to ourselves, we can then give to others in a more balanced, healthy, harmonized way. Let’s support peace in the world and make a positive change.
