Join me at the Etowah River Park amphitheater for our Playing for Peace sound bath events (with yoga instructors sharing their practice periodically). I began these monthly free sound bath events in March 2022 after the Uvalde, Texas shootings, and I felt the need and calling to do my small part in sending peaceful sound waves out into this world, with the intention of spreading peace and loving kindness to all. I also felt it is important to share this sound healing modality with all economic backgrounds, children and adults, who come to the park, so they can experience playing a crystal or Tibetan sound bowl, feeling the vibrations through their bodies, and inspiring them to possibly practice complimentary alternative methods for their health and wellness. This is a perfect opportunity to quiet the mind, open the heart, relax the body, and absorb the healing sound vibrations, coming back into balance with your own energetic rhythms. We are all so consumed with work and being on the go all the time, we forget that we are energetic beings that need rest and replenishment. When we give to ourselves, we can then give to others in a more balanced, healthy, harmonized way. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, cushion or chair and join us for a 30 minute session. Open to all.
