Help me help children experiencing foster care and at-risk families in our community

Hi all,

I wanted to do something good and make the world a better place. When I found out that there are over 350 children experiencing foster care in our community, I knew I had to help. And due to challenges that families face, there are more children at-risk of entering the foster care system.

That's why I created a fundraiser to support The Children's Haven. Their mission is to promote the health and happiness of children impacted by abuse and neglect. Funds raised from this campaign will allow The Children's Haven to serve more children and families through advocacy efforts and in-home prevention programs. $15,000 would allow The Children's Haven to provide advocacy for 10 additional children for a full year. Our goal would be for every child experiencing foster care to have their own CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocacy) and every at-risk family to have in-home prevention support to avoid unnecessary foster care—and you can be a part of it!
